The Project Managers harmonize the project and technical requirements to achieve organizational communication between the client and the engineering team. Establishes milestones through Microsoft Project 2007 and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. Project Managers use Project 2007 to build Gantt charts that map task dates, task dependency, calendar constraints, and schedule dates to promote accountability of deliverables. Responsible for all phases of project from inception through completion of deliveries and post delivery support. Prepares and issues client initiatives to engineering team of direct tasks to be accomplished in support of Business and System Requirements. Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss requirements, schedule, and technical performance.
